Shipping

Free tracked shipping on orders over $99, otherwise a flat $8. Orders placed before 2 pm ship the same day and usually arrive in two to four working days.

60-night trial

Use your device for up to 60 nights. If you do not love it, send it back in the original box for a full refund. Return shipping is on us.

Skincare returns

Unopened skincare can be returned within 30 days.

Warranty

Every device has a two-year warranty against faults. Faulty units are replaced, not repaired.
