The mask is designed with eye openings and includes blackout inserts. If you have eye conditions or take light-sensitising medication, talk to your doctor first.
How long until I see a change?
Most routines run for eight weeks at three sessions a week. Some people notice brighter skin sooner. Firmness and lines take longer.
Can I use it with retinol or acids?
Yes, but use actives at a different time of day from your session. Light works best on clean skin or with a light-friendly serum like Prism.
Who shouldn't use it?
Avoid use if you are pregnant, have photosensitive conditions or epilepsy triggered by light, or use light-sensitising medication, unless your doctor says it is fine.
